Zoe Woods
Lead Physiotherapist
BSc (Hons) PGCert MCSP
Zoe graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2014 with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. Since then, she has worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She also currently works as an advanced practice spinal physiotherapist in the NHS. Her clinical interests include treating running injuries, and spinal pain.
Zoe is trained in acupuncture, which can be used as part of physiotherapy treatment.
Alongside working in the NHS, Zoe has worked in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinics, and within sport. Additionally, Zoe has completed Advanced Physiotherapy masters modules and has achieved a PGCert qualification.
Outside of work, Zoe is usually spending time with her family, friends and her dog, and taking part in occasional running events
Abi Peck (Currently on maternity leave)
Senior Physiotherapist- BSc (Hons) MSc MCSP
Abi qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2016 from the University of Cumbria with a first class degree and has since been working as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She has worked with adults and paediatrics, as well as doing pitch side first aid for rugby teams.
Abi has also completed a Post Graduate Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 2024, which is a huge achievement. This consisted of specialist lower and upper limb assessment modules alongside education of imaging modalities.
She developed her love for physiotherapy from playing netball, and still continues to play at local and regional level.
Her clinical interests are treating netball related injuries and spinal pain.
Chris Cook
Senior Physiotherapist- BSc (Hons) MCSP
Chris achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia, graduating in 2015. Since then, he has worked across both the NHS and private sectors, gaining extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions and working with people of all abilities—from professional athletes to those recovering from injury or day to day aches and pains.
Outside of work, he is a passionate sports fan, and staying active is a big part of his life.
The Physiotherapists at The Physio Room, Suffolk have also completed courses over the years in taping, massage and manual therapies.
